A Greeting From Our Pastor
Welcome to Christ - The Living Banner Ministry. We believe that God has called us to share the good news of Jesus Christ and to serve others with the resources He has given us. Our prayer is that God will inspire you to join us in worshipping Him and serving His people with grace and love. May the Lord’s anointing empower you to fulfill His will according to His purpose, and may the Holy Spirit guide you as you discover His calling for your life. We speak life into your purpose under God’s authority, that you may serve Him, your family, your loved ones, and your community.
Our Beliefs
We believe in the one eternal God of the Bible, the Creator of heaven and earth, who reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 4:4-6).
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe in one God, eternally existent in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:21, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Matthew 3:15-17).
We believe that the goal of every believer is to grow in spiritual maturity through God’s grace, obedience to the Word of God, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (Psalm 119:11, John 1:1).
We believe in salvation solely through the sacrificial death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that Christ's redemptive work on the cross provides divine healing for us in response to prayers offered in faith (Hebrews 9:22, Romans 10:9-10, 13, Ephesians 2:8-9, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 1 Peter 2:24, Psalm 103:2-3, James 5:15).
We believe that Jesus Christ, in the flesh, was both God and man; He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, taught, and performed many mighty works, wonders, and signs as revealed in the Gospels. He was crucified, died for our sins, and was bodily raised from the dead. Later, He ascended to the Father’s right hand, where He is the Head of the Church, intercedes for believers, and will return in a personal, visible, and imminent manifestation (John 1:1-3, Matthew 1:18, 21-23, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:11).
